Brenda K. Bruneau October 17, 1967 – September 1, 2024 Brenda K. (Kloster) Bruneau, age 56, of Omaha, Nebraska, passed away suddenly on September 1, 2024. Born in Mason City, Iowa, Brenda was an amazing wife, mother, and friend whose warmth and kindness touched everyone she met. Her greatest joy and proudest achievement was being a devoted mother to her three boys, a role she cherished above any career or accolade. Her natural ability to make others feel welcomed and loved was a testament to her caring and generous spirit. She was also a dedicated employee at Project Harmony in Omaha, where her compassion and commitment shone brightly. Brenda had a special gift for making others feel at home. She took great pleasure in ensuring that no one left her house hungry, often filling her table with delicious meals and her home with heart felt hospitality. Her generosity and thoughtfulness extended beyond her family to all who had the privilege of knowing her. Brenda was preceded in death by her father, Phillip Kloster, and her sister, Courtney Kloster. She is survived by her loving husband, Glenn; her cherished sons, Grant (and fiancée Shari), Carter, and Mason Bruneau; her mother, Bonnie Stock (and husband Larry); her stepmother, Eileen Kloster; her siblings Greta (and Jesse) Sandoval, Stephanie (and Kendel) Winter, Shannon Kloster, Paul Kloster, David Stock, Michael Stock, and Matthew Stock; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends who were blessed to know her. A Visitation and Celebration of Life Service will be held at Bethany Lutheran Church in Elkhorn, NE. Visitation will be Monday, September 16th, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM, and the Funeral Service will be Tuesday, September 17th, at 11:00 AM, with a lunch following. Brenda’s family invites all who knew her to join in remembering her vibrant life and the profound impact she had on those around her. Brenda will be deeply missed but fondly remembered for her boundless love, unwavering dedication to her family, and the joy she brought into the lives of everyone she encountered.
